Physics Lecture.  Many, many races have been won with this design.  This design is the favorites of one of the Pinewood Derby “Gods”  Lots of information regarding this design if you look for it.  We have done the major steps for you!

This is for a Pinewood Derby Car Body ONLY which means NOT ready to Race! Most of the major parts are done. This lets you and your scout put the final touches on the car. You will still need to tune your car. You will still need to paint and assemble your car.

You will still need BSA wheels and axles to complete this Pinewood Derby Car. We sell complete kits with prepped wheels and axles.

Each car body:

Pinewood derby car with either BSA slots or Drilled Extended wheel base (your choice)

• If choosen Weighted car to 120-124 grams (very close to final weight of 5oz)
• Custom drilled weight holes / pocket depending on your needs

Why our cars are better!

How many cars come weight balanced? Our cars are perfected balanced for speed. Weight balanced ½-1” in front of rear axle for maximum potential energy. Does it matter where the center of gravity is? Absolutely! Our bodies are brought up to 120 grams of weight.

You will still need to finish this car.  You will also need BSA wheels and axles to complete this Pinewood Derby Car. We sell complete kits with prepped wheels and axles. 

Tools need to complete you kit:

• Sandpaper
• Wood filler
• Paint and Decals
• Hammer to Install Axles
• Simple installation instructions included

• Graphite
• Gap Gauge
• Fine tipped
• Tuning Pliers
• Cotton Applicator
• Sharpie Masking/Painter’s tape

Prep time: 1 hour to install parts. 1 day of painting time.
